Welch said in the memoir, “You absolutely have to have an exercise program. I do something physical every day.”
But having a fitness routine isn’t something new for Welch.
The star told the Daily Mail when she was 61: “I get up at 6am and do yoga, stretching and breathing.
“Then I go to the gym six days a week. I’ll be there at 7 in the morning and do an hour of cardiovascular work and then 30 to 45 minutes of strength training.”
